Review of The Shawshank Redemption (1994) by Aaron A — 30 Dec 2014
It's taken me quite some time and I wish I'd done it sooner, such a great and thought provoking film. It covers every human emotion and really pulls you in. Robbins and Freeman work off each other really well and really sell the story.
The film is well written and a few twists in there; I love the way where there are moments that point the audience towards one outcome but it's not always what you expect. A true great, I may watch it again this week!
