Review of The Shawshank Redemption (1994) by Darrin C — 05 Apr 2015
Powerful drama masterfully performed by Robbins and Freeman with the latter also narrating like a champ. Contains some surprisingly violent scenes while maintaining the sense of a drama. I was steadily interested to see what would happen next and was left satisfied.
Good job directing, Frank Darabont!
