Are you kidding me? Just another take on Beauty and the Beast with a touch of porn. Through kindness, love and a whole lot of horniness, The Little Mermaid transforms The Creature from the Black Lagoon and vice a versa, during the 1960's Cold War, in an underground Roger Rabbity government lab.
Poor character development and corny trite material. Just goes to prove that the Oscars awarded are as fake and meaningless as Tinsel Town.
