Review of The Shape of Things (2003) by Corey M — 28 Mar 2008
Oh-my-Fucking-God. Entirely contrived and unconvincing, but dammit if it doesn't tug at your instincts and feelings, I'm unsure what can. Unlike other films that beg to draw a reaction, there is a balance to the terrible things that are happening here in Jenny's character.
Would recommend this more if the premise wasn't entirely outlandish and the definite feeling of this being a stage production to film.
