Review of The Shallows (2016) by Andy H — 18 Feb 2018
A very entertaining film downloaded from sky cinema to watch with my daughter liked the nod to modern technology and the buoy scene which briefly nods at the 75 classic jaws. .
Blake was excelent in the film as a solo lead and although some bits like the shark on fire wasnt quite believeable it was a circular film when the little boy found the helmet on the beach and it came back to that..
There were a couple of cringe moments when she sutured the wound and loved it when drunken fat boy was bitten in half a taste of gore but not too much in all this shark horror was as entertaining as jaws and I loved the way the film ended the shark ending up as skewered sushi best supporting actor steven the seagull I give it.
