The book changed my life back in 2008. I've read it 12 times since then. I was skeptical that the movie would hold up to the book, but it did not disappoint! I'm tired of all the judgy so-called "Christians" knocking the book and movie that have never read or have even seen the movie.
They are too busy using the Bible as a weapon to hurt people and "prove" their point. You need to read the book and/or see the movie before offering your unsolicited, negative feed back. This is a work of fiction with a message of love and forgiveness that anyone with a open heart can walk away feeling a bit of the weight of the world has been lifted off your shoulders.
If you are curious about how God really loves ALL of us, regardless of our mess ups, go see it for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed. Don't listen to all the negative Nancy's out there. SEE IT FOR YOURSELF!
