The Shack gives perhaps the most relatable story in regards to the message of forgiveness and how one could see the faces of God. Gone are the abusers and patriarchal manipulators.
Some of the scenes felt forced particularly those portraying the church experience. However, it's nothing that a bigger budget couldn't fix.
