What is this trend among movie makers in recent years believing that if something is powerful, passionate, dramatic, and crucial, it should be whispered? If the entire movie is impassioned and potentially soul-stirring, then you shouldn't be able to make out anything that anyone is saying.
Whose bright idea was that, and why are so many cinema professionals falling for it?
Waited years to watch "The Shack", but then gave up in frustration about 20 minutes in.
