Review of The Seven Little Foys (1955) by Bryan C — 11 Dec 2008
Bob Hope goes straight with a rather unlikable character and pulls off a nice little biopic. It takes a long time for the kids to show up, but the highlight is when Hope dances with James Cagney (reprising his George Cohen character).
Nominated script by Hope regulars Jack Rose and director Melville Shavelson.
