New Yorker gave a lukewarm review to this movie-based on a true story-about a 38 year old poet (played by john hawkes) with polio who uses a sex surrogate (played by Helen hunt) to lose his unwanted virginity.
David Denby thought it was creepy, I thought it was tender.
