Review of The Sessions (2012) by Ian M — 11 Dec 2012
Except for Helen Hunt's deplorable attempt at a Bostonian accent, this movie was perfect. What a joyful, compassionate, funny and uplifting movie. Follow a romantic, guilt-ridden, soulful man with polio as he learns about and embraces his ability to touch, and be touched by other people.
John Hawkes gives Daniel Day-Lewis serious competition for Best Actor.
