Sex, disability, death and religion, what's not to like in this original film that treats an unusual subject with humour and care. Good performances from the lead actors especially Hunt. The Direction is unobtrusive.
The narrative goes back and forth a bit, but mostly there is a straight narrative thread which allows the film to concentrate on characterisation and the ethics of the action. Recommended.
