Man. There is some heavy shit going on in this movie. It's not awkward to watch, per se, but it's not a movie I'd recommend watching with other people. Last week I watched "Hope Springs" with Tommy Lee Jones and Meryl Streep as a couple in their 60s that goes to a marriage counselor, mostly due to a lack of sex.
Both movies were really excellent, and not-at-all-sexy movies about how sex is really complicated. I liked them both, but, like I said, they could cause a lot of awkwardness if watched with anyone else in the room.
