Review of The Serpent and the Rainbow (1988) by Lordbishop34 — 09 Dec 2008
This Bill Pullman film is a solid effort, centering on the black magic of haiti and the zombies there. It was an effective film overall with some odd scenes and pretty well acted. However I could have lived without the voice over narration of the main character.
It distracted from the film, didn't fit the style. Directed by Wes Craven.
