Review of The September Issue (2009) by Hee-Young S — 28 Sep 2009

Nothing phenomenal, I think, but a real great insight and behind the scenes look at mrs. wintour.. and it's great how they showed her weak moments and cause her pain from those closest to her, and how most peers are just kissing ass to her, b/c of the sheer influence she carries.

. after seeing this documentary, goes to show what a fantastic job meryl streep did in the devil's wear prada!! =D and re-affirmed my belief that fashion, no matter how superficial, materialistic, and ego-centric it may cause a person to become (if taken to the extreme, esp by the younger generation) it is an art-form, and another means of expressing self-identity.

. ps, valentino, the last emperor is a SUPERIOR fashion documentary!! =D.
