I actually found Wintour to be the most boring of all the individuals in this film. She actually seemed to be more a tool of creating scenarios to see how others reacted to her. The film should've focused more on Grace Coddington Jones as her story (and I would say talent) is far more compelling than Wintour.

The soundtrack was really hot ... wish it was being released commercially. I think we also miss perspective in this film. Most everyone who watches the film will know what Vogue means and stands for today, but how did it get here? We learned a little bit about Wintour's history, her upbringing, and that of Grace, but we didn't learn the history of the magazine too much.

They spoke of other month's issues of the magazine, but only as being able to include something that may have been cut from September ... how much is the creation of the September issue different than the creation of the other 11 months issues? I enjoyed the scene where Wintour presents the September issue to the publishers at Conde Nast proving that yes, even Anna Wintour, has a boss.

If you want to see a documentary about fashion, your best bet is going to be "Valentino.".
