Review of The September Issue (2009) by Q T — 01 Sep 2010
I like the approach this documentary took to fashion. There wasn't preaching that fashion was good or bad, but instead it stepped in and approached it like any other business, showing the thought processes behind it, the progression and finally the finished product.
You got to meet the people and they were normal people. Some were odd, some were down to earth and some were just plain normal, which I didn't expect. For a documentary on fashion, it was nice to see that the people involved are so normal and almost accessible in their own way.
