Review of The Sentinel (2006) by Paul P — 31 May 2010
Too much Michael Douglas and not enough Keifer Sutherland in this so-so thriller about a secret service agent (Douglas) having an affair with the First Lady (Kim Basinger) and is framed for plotting to kill the President (David Rasche).
Keifer Sutherland is Douglas' old partner, Eva Longoria is Sutherland's new partner. Suffers from a lack of point of view as to what this is all about. Look for an actor named "Raynor Sheine" in the role of the informant, looking suspiciously like Gary Oldman.
