Very rarely does an animated film manage to touch the hearts of children and adults. Toy Story, Wall-E and Finding Nemo are probably the first a lot of people think about. The Secret of Nimh is probably the most underrated animated film of all time, luckily it grossed over its budget but, it's still not as famous as it should be.
The Secret of Nimh is about mice who gain the ability to speak from a science experiment. Instead of staring a war hero, superhero or toy cowboy it stars a single mother who's youngest child becomes ill.
The film is absolutely amazing and blends together the thoughts of science, nature and what we don't know, and probably will never know. It's an amazing family film that anyone of any age will definitely enjoy.
