Art-faggy, but not...unentertaining. It was all right to watch, but it was also kind of pretentious and pointless. Characters would come unexplained out of nowhere, be mildly important, and then fade right out of the movie.
It was typical "look at my movie; isn't it avant garde. I am so amazingly creative for stringing together a lot of non-sequitor events" stuff that I usually hate. But...well-animated.
