Beautiful luminous celtic -like animation woven into the storyline .It is a fairytale based on a factual book and history. The storyline is lifted from the magical pages of the Book of Kells,which has amazingly survived almost intact and preserved over the years.
This is a story for both children and adults.I can see why it was Oscar niominated...a nice change from Disney and Pixar!...and there's also that lovely cat!!
