Review of The Secret of Kells (2009) by Anna Sophia M — 03 Jun 2012
One of, if not the, Most beautiful animated movies. Stunning, Just stunning. The plot may be a bit weak, from a critical point of view, but it more than makes up for it with song and spectacle. Oh, and all the awesome things you notice once you look at Irish Mythology, like Aisling being one of the Tuatha DÃ (C) Danann, or her Song speaking of the world as full of mists- something that's a major point in lots of the old tales.
It's a great movie.
