Not bad, kind of boring in may parts, but that's mostly because barely anything happens. There's a lot of talking... a LOT of talking. Not necessarily bad, but I feel that much of it could have been left out without losing anything.

I also have a big problem with the incessant use of fade-to-blacks. It seems that for practically every scene, the screen dramatically fades out a split-second after the one interesting thing happens/is said.

That's kind of annoying.
