Review of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013) by Jiana W — 25 Feb 2015
Adam Scott and that illustrious black beard of his. It's so thick-looking I thought it was fake for a second. Scott's legendary facial hair aside, I thought this movie had a pretty interesting, if completely far-fetched, concept.
It's colorful and creative, but I wouldn't say it's a particularly "great" movie. That's OK with me though. I simply enjoyed it because of the fun, adventurous scenarios that did little else but get my travel bug biting again.
I also liked how the more Walter actually began living his life, the less he daydreamed. If you take nothing else away from this movie, that's something that was worth noting for me.
