Review of The Secret Life of Pets (2016) by Robert M — 10 Jan 2017

While it may have had some uniqueness, it did feel a little average (especially for the studio). It was enough of a pet lover's treat, but maybe not the most amusing. I didn't feel like I laughed a whole bunch either.

Some of the characters were okay. Sharp animation as always, but overall plot-line felt a bit dull. For the kids? While Hart's role was halfway decent, I probably wouldn't want my kid (if I had one) getting too influenced with that.

Decent story, but just solid effort.
