Weird and maudlin from what I saw of it. Lily sounds like she's overacting, the dad puts WAY too much real-domestic-abuse vibe into his role and the only two good characters in it were May and June--May being there for half the movie until her untimely death, and June so much of a snappy independent lady we can't help but love her.
