Hi, This movie was pretty good but I love to seen more of Jennifer Hudson in this movie she was good in what parts she did in this movie worth to see her in this one if you are a fan of hers. It also tells how much one kid deal at a young age too with her dad not caring too much about her (and some other stuff she was dealing with too ) no wonder she left to find out more about her mom (her dad didn't tell her much) because she didn't get to know her that much (you find out in the beginning of the movie what happen to her mom).

It was interesting in the time period too in the 60's too. All in all a interesting movie and good too.
