Review of The Secret Kingdom (1998) by James H — 27 May 2010
It certainly does have imagination, which makes up for some of the amateur aspects of the production. The performances are decent, the kids in the movie come off better than the adults. I am surprised this is categorized as a family film, it has some really creepy scenes.
There are a few slow moving stretches but overall, considering the budget, they did a pretty good job.
