Review of The Secret Garden (1993) by Francisco M — 07 Nov 2011
I remembered loving this movie as a child so I decided to rewatch it, and at the beginning all I could think of was how damn spoiled and bratty Mary is! I couldn't relate to her character at all and that made me wonder why I enjoyed the movie so much.
.. Then the second half of the movie started, and I remembered why with full force. I'm not a flower type of gal, but this movie is a childhood favourite. 5 stars down to 4 for the crappy intro, though (at least it's a good gimmick in contrast I suppose).
