The film is aptly named, it is second best in every way. the plot mostly consists of a series of pointless misunderstandings, which could all be cleared up in five minutes. there is suppised to be a need for a second hotel, though why usn't entirely clear, as there don't seem to be many people staying in the first one.
like most of the other plot strands, it doesn't make much sense. There is none of the charm and humour of the first film. Muriel has the best lines, just like she did in the first film, but there aren't nearly as many of them.
If you enjoyed the first film, you may like this one, but don't count on it.
