La película sería mucho mejor sin Dev Patel, el resto de míticas figuras se ven opacadas por este sobre actuado nene. La historia es decente y la idea de ir a morir a un sitio como estos es bastante agradable, pero el mundo kitsch en que tienen sumergido a India lo termina de arruinar todo.
