Review of The Sea Inside (2004) by Linda S — 21 Feb 2009
It was ok, Javier Bardem did a fantastic job, as did the other actors. But it was depressing at the end, I kept hoping he would change his mind. The way he died wasn't pleasant. I do agree with his cause, tho.
One line from the movie really sticks in my mind: "Living is a right, not an obligation." I would change that slightly to "Living is a privilege, not an obligation, and ideally, one should legally have the right to choose.
".
