Review of The Sea Inside (2004) by Kelly C — 27 Feb 2008
Although this film really goes against what I believe I thought it was really good. It was certainly an interesting view of what Ramon Sampedro's life was like, it's just too bad that he fought his whole life to die instead of seeing what he could do with his life, given his situation.
He did survive his accident for a reason, and to serve a purpose in life, although maybe he did serve his purpose. Who knows, I suppose it is not for us to judge. Javier Bardem delivers an amazing performance as the aged Ramon Sampedro.
