Mar Adentro, or the Sea Inside is one of the most touching films I've seen. It makes you seriously ponder yourself, and life in general. It's touching in every scene, and the acting is beautiful.
It deals with such a controversial subject, and pulls off every aspect of it. The whole movie is just brilliant, a little slow in the middle, but a must see.
