Honestly, I heard so much about this film but was so dissappointed. At no point did I feel moved or even interested. Bardem is passable but throughout, the film feels like afternoon movie of the week tosh.
Sentimental and over emotional, hackneyed and in no way challenging. It makes no comment on euthanasia, Spain, or even the characters involved. They felt like one dimensional charactuers in a bad film.
Simply terrible. Uninspiring to say the least.
