Worse than the aweful prequel. The action is good, but the story is thin yet convoluted, Olaf is annoying. The bad guy is annoying. The gore effects is so cheap it is literally hilarious. Seriously the bad guy rips off a dude's ear almost effortlessly as if he was breaking a cookie.
It even makes the sound of a cookie breaking. And the puns, geez just no. The way Mathayus is written is literally not how he behaves. And it's so boring. Simply put this is basically The Scorpion King if the people who made Power Rangers did it.
