Review of The Scorpion King (2002) by Craig-Two-Kai-Nine C — 06 Oct 2009

This is a spin off from the Mummy Returns movie. Starring Dwayne Johnson aka the Rock when the film was made. The film is basically what I thought it would be. The film is full of action, adventure, fighting and some bad dialouge.

But it works for this type of film. Sort of reminds me of the old Conan films. But the look and the fighting scenes reminded me of the Legend of Hercules television show or Xena. Dwayne Johnson was the best in the film.

This film helped set the stage for his future action films. Worth a watch if you liked the Mummy movies or Conan movies.
