In contrast to 10,000 BC, here's a 'prehistoric' film that knows its full of shit, but proceeds with glee, humour, and action. This is not a good movie in the conventional sense, but it kicks ass.
benefits greatly from the enjoyable presence of Dwayne Johnson, who for my money is the best thing to hit action movies since Arnold. He just needs a role that fits his particular brand of charm.
