Who didnt' want to see Dwayne Johnson as he began his career as an actor and not as a wrestler? This was toward the beginning and not a bad attempt considering most of those from his genre that have tried the same to awful results.
This is a classic muscle bound hero wins typical of the 80's. Not a huge amount of story just a simple hero with simple comedic stand in and reasonable entertainment.
