Review of The Scorpion King (2002) by Joseph H — 15 Apr 2012

For a spin-off movie, I would say that it was not too bad in telling how the Scorpion King got his name sake, and how he got where he was before his depicted downfall in The Mummy Returns. I really kind of found it dissipointing when they made Scorpion King 2 (which turns out to be a prequel and calling it #2 confused me enough) and essentially making a prequel to a prequel, was The The Rock (or Dwayne Johnson) did not return as the lead role.
