Review of The Science of Sleep (2006) by Shaun I — 13 Dec 2008
A beautiful, personal, and incredibly imaginative movie from Michel Gondry. He amazingly captures the feeling and look of dreams on film. He also does a brilliant job at reproducing the "inner life" of those of us crazy folk sometimes make up in our heads, while also making it personal to him/the character.
This film floored me and along with his other work has cemented Gondry as one of my favourite all-time directors. Wow.
