A very seriously-themed movie concerning what to do with an ailing father suffering from dementia ... and to make things even more complicated, the two siblings have problems of their own on top of the fact that it seems there was never a bonding relationship with the fatherr figure even before the health condition was a problem .
.. I thought Laura Linney gave an exceptional performance in this one ... Favorite scene: At the hospital a big, red pillow turns up missing from the father's room ... when Linney's character approaches the nurse on duty regarding the missing big, red pillow the nurse asks for a description to which Linney replies sternly "BIG" (pause) "RED" pillow .
.. lol on this one!!! I believe this is the same clip they showed on the Oscars when Laura Linney was nominated for her role ...
