8/10-The Savages is a indie film starring Laura Linney, Philip Seymour Hoffman, and Philip Brosco. The story is very well written, with great performances by Laura Linney, who was nominated for Best Actress Oscar, and Philip Brosco.
Its really slow at times but overall pretty good.
