Review of The Savages (2007) by Tristan G — 21 Mar 2009
Very well acted film by costars Philip Seymour Hoffman and Laura Linney. Make no mistake - this is NOT as comedy in any way but an interesting look the lives and consequences of people caring for someone of old age.
Somewhat depressing but a very nice ending. My wife and I discussed the film for about a half-hour afterwards which tells you something very good about the movie.
