Review of The Savages (2007) by ! G-Man ! — 10 Oct 2009
This movie will just disappear and blend in with all those other "indie" movies. phillip seymour hoffman should have received his oscar nom for THIS movie though - not CHARLIE WILSON'S WAR! - laura linney is great - but not good enough for an oscar - I felt sorry for the father - even though he was apparently a horrible role model - overall pretty touching, sad, and sometimes kinda funny.
