Trying to match Napoleon Dynamites glory vol 27. Again a faliure.
The biggest problem with this overal is it's trying too damn hard. Nothing ever feels natural. It's always people trying to be nerdy and frankly it's to easy to spot. Yes there are some giggles, some of the forced offbeat moments are acceptable. But in general it's just not what it wants to be. If it even knows what it wants to be. Despite having both uncle rico and Napoleon himself in it.
Justin Long raises a few laughs, and the peter pan kid might actually be a talent to look out for in the future, but this one sort of slips and falls early on and never quite gets where it wants to go.
Ahhh well. Geek Sheek movie number 28 please movie along. NEXT!
