Better than the second one but not as good as the first. Tim Allen's acting is getting worse and worse as he ages and Martin Short is as good as ever in a character he was born to play. But the real star of this movie is Judge Reinhold's shirt.
The shirt alone gets 5 points, one point goes to Short and the other point goes to Kevin Pollack who shows up shirtless as Cupid.
