Santa invites his in laws to the North Pole but because he dont want to risk giving the secret away he tells them they are in Canada in a toy factory. Jack Frost try's to mess things up for Santa and even becomes Santa for a while.
This part is not as good as the first two movies but still a nice holiday treat.
