This one has a few good scenes in it to make it worth watching. About midway through we get the treat of seeing a normal looking Tim Allen court a very serious lady which is pretty nice. I really like the faculty Christmas party scenes.
.lol...they have that environment pegged just right. However, while you will find the original Santa Clause movie and this one on my list, look carfully...you will not find The Santa Clause 3...at least if I can help it!
