Review of The Santa Clause (1994) by Craig M — 29 Dec 2008
Great festive fayre. Tim Allen is a hoot as the man who accidentally kills Santa, reads his identification, and inadvertantly becomes his replacement. A sub-plot of rebuilding his relationship with his young son is rather twee, but hey, this is a movie for the kids.
The North Pole, Reindeer and all the trimmings are wonderful. Some great gags. Enjoy on a Christmas holiday afternoon with your children, a tin of sweets and some hot chocolate!
